Hardfacing is a difficult process to master due to the crack sensitive nature of many hardfacing materials. W, H, S, has focused on process controls and extensive research and development to ensure the highest quality of hardfacing. This process is used to extend the life of components in many industries such as oil and gas, drilling tools, mining and petrochemicals, refining, and steel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard coating processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GTAW-P-HW (pulsed hot wire for gas tungsten arc welding)<\/li>\n<li>GTAW (arc welding with tungsten gas or TIG or Heli-Arc)<\/li>\n<li>SAW (submerged arc
